Borivali is convenient for North Mumbai (Kandivali, Dahisar, Mira Road) while Goregaon is better for central western suburbs (Andheri, Malad, Jogeshwari). Choose whichever is closest to you — the experience is identical.

No appointment is necessary for general browsing. Walk in anytime during our business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM). However, if you'd like a dedicated consultation for curtains, upholstery, or a large project, we recommend booking in advance so we can assign a specialist to assist you.

Yes! We offer free home visits within Mumbai for curtain measurements, upholstery assessments, and wallpaper site inspections. Our team will visit your space, take precise measurements, discuss your requirements, and bring fabric samples for you to evaluate in your own lighting conditions.

Ready-stock items (rugs, mattresses, wallpapers) are delivered within 3-5 business days. Custom curtains typically take 7-14 business days depending on fabric availability and complexity. Upholstery projects range from 2-4 weeks. We'll provide a specific timeline during your consultation.

We primarily serve the Mumbai metropolitan area with free delivery. For orders outside Mumbai, we can ship via courier for smaller items (wallpapers, fabric rolls). For larger items, please contact us to discuss logistics and shipping costs for your specific location.

We accept all major payment methods including cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfers. For large orders, we offer a 50% advance and 50% on delivery payment structure. EMI options are available on select products.
